Steve is an experienced and licensed title examiner. Steve started as a runner and worked up to President and co-owner. He is also a licensed escrow officer. He is married to Susie Knott and they have four children, Michael, Jonathan, Emily, and Jameson. He attended South High School and the University of Utah as a Business Major. He enjoys running, biking and boating.

Joan has 27 years of experience in the title and escrow business. She has been with Paramount since 1979. She is licensed as both a title officer and an escrow officer. She grew up in Lancaster and York Counties, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Elmira College, Elmira, New York, in 1974 with a degree in Anthropology. Joan traveled to Utah on a whim in November of 1975 and has been here ever since. She married Dick Sandberg in 1978, they have 3 children, Gregory, Meredith and Alec. She enjoys biking, cross stitch and reading science fiction/fantasy.

Tammy has 18 years of experience in the title and escrow business. She has lived in Idaho, Washington, Pennsylvania, and Utah. She attended BYU and University of Utah. She married Mark North in 1993. They have a business called Para Quad which specializes in mobility for the disabled. She enjoys camping, boating, going to Lake Powell, spending time at the cabin and traveling to Mexico.

Connie is an experienced and licensed escrow officer.
She has been with Paramount since 1991. She is married to Butch Dailey, who owns a Re/Max franchise and is the President of the Utah Association of Realtors for 2004. Connie has three children. While not at work, she spends time taking care of her family and working out to relieve stress.
